In 1754, one Horace Walpole coined the term serendipity — the phenomenon of finding something delightful when you aren’t looking for it. In other words, an unplanned fortunate discovery. Serendipity is especially common when it comes to love, like in the case of Emmaline and Zach.
On one random afternoon, Emm wasn’t expecting to join her dad on a trip to the Navarre Football Club to celebrate their 100th birthday. It took some persuading, but it’s lucky she went, because it was here she met Zach. The rest, as they say, was history.
But serendipitous moments come in many shapes and sizes, and we saw lots of them on this particular wedding day. Friends that might have known each other in a past life. A daughter marrying into a family her dad has known for over 50 years. And a couple that were obviously meant to be.
A big thank you to you, Emm and Zach, for allowing us to capture your day. We sense a long, happy life in your future, and we feel lucky we were there for the very beginning.
